However, sometimes a customer can return the product due to many reasons. Here we have added the list of situations where a refund and return can be given.
- If placed the wrong order by mistake
- Due to any reason, you are not happy with the quality of the product; you can contact us within 10 days of receiving the products. After verification, we will send a replacement of product or issue a full refund.
- If received a wrong or damaged product
- In case your product is not delivered or received the wrong item, we will reship the product or issue a full refund after confirming with you.
- If in case you receive a partial order we will send you rest product as soon as possible.
Note:- Queries or complaints received after 10 days of product delivery will not be entertained.
